The roller ball pen does not smear, feather or bleed-through on most papers. The glittery "dust" is an inert, cosmetic grade, finely ground glass. The 1mm roller ball writes a .5mm line. Non-toxic.
Roll-on glitter pens are ideal for accenting! Pure glitter for papercraft projects. Write slowly for best glitter laydown. Allow sufficient drying time or glitter ingredient may rub off.
